If the season ended last weekend, it would actually be the third pick and Houston is playing Tennessee, who needs to win to win the division. Fins in a pretty good spot draft-wise.

No not at 3, maybe later round. If I were them I’d either take that Oregon OT or trade down a few spots to take a WR and pick up more draft capital.

One of the local NYC TV stations runs a weekly Sunday morning show starring the NY Jets' coach-du-jour. Rumor has it that Comedy Central is bidding on the re-run rights for the last two seasons of "The Adam Gase Show."

Gotta give credit to the Jets organization in being classy about the firing, sending a moving crew in to clean out his office before the team even left the Patriots' stadium in Foxboro for the trip home.

Devil's advocate:

Jalen Hurts was 7 for 20 for 72 yards, no TDs, one INT with QB rating of 44.5 last night. Basically, he royally sucked up until the point where he got pulled.

Carson Wentz is often hurt, and if you believe any of the rumors there is a chance that he's not with Philly next year which makes Hurts the Eagle's possible starter in 2021-22. With no possible chance of making the playoffs, the last thing you would want to do is risk your potential starter next year to a devastating injury in a meaningless week 17.

If injury is a concern, Hurts shouldn’t have started the game IMHO. As a Giants fan, they lost way too many other close games in the season as relying on other teams to help you back in the playoffs isn’t the way to do it.

Still, I hope the Giants pound the Eagles twice next season!

Current odds are 5:1 for Green Bay to win the Superbowl. They are the #1 seed in the NFC, and Wisconsin is pretty cold in January for the home playoff games that come with the #1 seed.....

My money is on random number pools. We've been hard pressed this year, but last year I came out well up. $500 square for SB netted the family $1800 for a single quarter. I'm currently +70 with my "bookie"
