Seth is hilarious as F! Always talking about looking good naked and don't be a pu*** when it comes to working out but than his soft side comes in when he talks about gummy bears.

How’s your foot? 365 on a bum flipper is pretty decent I’d say.

Yesterday was heavy Front Squats and Power cleans for me. A triple FS @ 315, then a triple PC at 225. Today was a freebie day to do whatever. So mixed it up with Globo bicep stuff, core, and conditioning. Worked in rounds of tire flips @ 400#.

Foot is off and on. Bought some superfeet to stick in some shoes without much arch support particularly my wrestling shoes I squat in at times. Flares up mostly with work standing all day depending on the shoe I wear now.

Front Squat is solid man! That's the one exercise I just never could get the hang of. Maybe my body mechanics aren't built for it....while low bar back squats feel very natural.

So I cheat and take the wimpy way out when doing front squats. I do them on a Smith Machine so that it balances it for me...and just usually bang out reps with 225lbs.

I know....Smith Machine......

Did a 405 dead last night without a belt or shoes, kind of an anomaly. Was hoping wouldnt wake up paralyzed. Had bar sitting there loaded and had had a couple drinks. Decided to feel the weight a couple times just messing with set up and later engagement, then got the bright idea to give it a go.

Thanks Rmtt, Squats are my jam. Any type of squat. But Fronts took a while as the front rack position wasn’t as natural for me. When I was doing more CrossFit and Olympic lifts the front rack position was essential. I still have to work shoulder mobility regularly to keep front rack flexibility. The bar is much more stable and supported in that position.

I’m guessing you are doing Globo Front Squats (arms crossed in front). This is what I see most big guys doing at the gym. Most if not all do not have the shoulder mobility for front rack. No comment on the smith machine....lol

Yeah....arms in front. I've actually got pretty good mobility, just my balance sucks!!

I think the mobility came from all the years I boxed. So I still flex, stretch, and train to have my shoulder girdle development as equal as possible.

Got it from Jeff cavillerie, it's a cable raise starting with arm away from body and kind of twist away and felt from shoulder to back of head as well as a plate raise starting from chest height up for low and mid trap. Its athlean x video look for it.

2 moves to bigger traps couldnt get link to work.

Same here...can't ever have big enough traps! That's one thing you can't hide when clothed.

One thing that really hits my traps a different way is when you do an Over Head Press....at the top of the movement you shrug your traps up. It's technically the way your supposed to finish the OHP anyway.

That will get them burning.

Another favorite....and I was shown this from Lee Haney..(Honest to God as he is from my hometown). Do barbell shrugs, but lighten the load a little and do them with the bar behind your waist. As you shrug up, bring your elbows up slightly to accentuate the shrug.

That will kill them as well!
