adrean8j, nice capture. I have a few sand storm shots from my deployments, but they mainly just show the red haze they create.

Love the LFA, Slavik.

Are those edible, Chewy?

Another shot through the 70-200 f4 L. These things were fun to shoot, but very difficult. I found manual focus to be the way to go.

Yeah they are. Just sauté them a little in a pan and add some spices. It reminded me a bit like asparagus (how it's crunchy) without the aftertaste.

^ I think you missed your focus? The only thing that seems to be in focus is that small green leaf on the bottom left of the flower.

Yep...LOL...I have had the shot for a while and didn't post for that fact. But since I saw the pink flowers I said what the hell.

LOL..damn! LOL...I have some pics of purple mystery flowers too...they just didn't come out like I wanted...surprisingly Iraq does have a little bit of flowers and plant life...especially near Tigres/Euphrates areas...but I don't get out there to often...nor do I have a real desire to...
