Nah son. Went kayaking the past two weekends straight plastered, that's a work out. Got to go over some waterfalls and shit. Almost beefed on some rocks but stayed straight.

Funny thing is, last weekend when we went, I was holding their canoe on the bank while the girls took a piss, ended up losing balance and busted the left thigh on a log, couldn't walk normal until Friday before we went again.

Probably because holding canoe in one hand and camera in the other caused you to lose your balance.

Ax! Morning. Glad you made it through that alright. I guess telling you to break a leg would be redundant, at this point.


It was actually pretty entertaining. One of my good buddies test drove a Sakhir F80 this past Thursday and told me that I HAD to go and drive it too (we are placing a couple orders around the same time this fall), so we met up at my local dealer and fired her up.

Gotta say, I loved the DCT, but not enough to spec it for my own car. In Sport Plus, I pulled from a stop after a U-Turn and the shifts were machine gun like, just enough time in between the shift to engage the transmission for the subsequent gear, and then before I knew it I was at 6900RPM so I had to pop it into 3rd, same thing, redline came immediately and then I was at 90mph, then I let off the throttle. Absolutely fantastic.


But 6MT or die. Fuck that.

Week 8 starts this week. Going with a 1MOREMOD approach of splits and concentration muscle areas.

Man, my body is fuckkng awkward because of the fucked up work outs I do.

I love cardio, so I'll swim 3-5 miles 5 days a week in the morning, but lift heavy at night 4 night. A week. Running on the 6th day and try to rest on the 7th.

So huge calves, huge quads, size 30 waist, but shoulders that fit size M/L. I hate shopping.

And bruh! Congrats! That's tremendous progress! I see that shoulder vein popping through

LOL! Yeah I crept through the Fitness sub-forum and saw the thread you started where people posted their PR's for DL/Squat/Bench. I'll be shooting for some milestones this fall, I'm seriously revamping my intake starting in October. I saw all the swimming and how everyone was shocked at those numbers for a swimmer LOL.

You are literally like, a lean hourglass. LOL, those are excellent people problems to have. I have a pretty large chest given my height so I actually need to be re-fitted for my suits, again.


Wait, I don't wear suits anymore. But thanks man! I think I had taken that about 3-4 days ago. It's crazy how little fatigue I have these days.
