At least I understand what "General Automotive (Non-BMW)" means. Since you don't understand what NON- means like 99% of the English speaking world, here it is: non- prefix also (ˈ)nän, or ˌnən, ˈnən, before stressed syllable ˈ-, also ˌnän, ˌnən, before stressed or unstressed syllable ˌ-; the variant with is also to be understood at pronounced entries, though not shown ə 1 : not : other than : reverse of : absence of nontoxic nonlinear 2 : of little or no consequence : unimportant : worthless nonissues nonsystem 3 : lacking the usual especially positive characteristics of the thing specified noncelebration nonart |

I like it!
I get that warm fuzzy feeling from retro Bimmers when I look at the front. |

I can honestly say from the aesthetics look of this vehicle it's giving a big nod to the past. I haven't been this excited since the E46, E39 days. This is what BMW should have stayed with in terms of a "Look" Porsche knows their clients very well and keeps the 911 looking like a 911 since the 60's. BMW had a winning design with the 80'/90's BMW's and I think it is going to be an excellent come back. I am hoping that this design will continue on the new i3 sedan and continues to filter through the entire lineup all the way to the 7-series and X7. If BMW did this, they would see sales jump as customers like myself and well other's, cannot believe what we are seeing that is about to come out. Keep them looking like that and BMW again will stand for Break My Wallet. Why? Cause we have been waiting for this moment. :-)

I think the designers are trying too hard
Justifying their jobs What is it with this tablet slapped on the dashboard approach ? As with all of these designs I will reserve my view once I’ve seen one in the metal but it’s not doing much for me at the moment Maybe it’s just because I’m middle aged?…. |
