64 ain't what it used to be, and that's a good thing. I'm 62 and I have a pic of my Dad when he was 55. He looks ten years older than I do now. He retired at 62 as well, but he couldn't have ridden a bike to the end of the driveway, let alone 100 miles/week like I do. And yet there are local riders who are several years older than I who can drop me like a bad habit on a quick ride. Keep active and watch what you eat (and drink) and most of the other stuff will take care of itself.
