Not to be a pest, but read again (emphasis mine)

What would be the easiest gin drink to try for a non gin drinker?

Gin and grapefruit juice splash of simple syrup.

Not a tonic drinker...not sure if 2 wrongs would make a right. But isnt a gin and tonic more a summer drink? Asking for a friend...

If this is what you say, I'll give her a go. Otherwise that grapefruit thing will be my try...

Have Bombay gin...isnt that one of the better?

Did kick it back old school today.

Belvedere, shaken... Slightly dirty but an extra olive for sure. Extra dry and high...all while looking at the unopened bottle of vermouth.

^^^That single drink would leave me with a brutal headache tomorrow. I love vodka, but it hates me.

You're doing it wrong, or so my friend tells me. I don't do dirty or olives, but I always make sure the bar keep gently swirls the unopened bottle of vermouth over the top of the glass.

How did you like this? I used to go to that distillery twice a month for brunch. Free tastings of everything. I like a lot of their offerings.

Found some Blantons in my local store today so I grabbed a few bottles to add to my ever growing collection.

Actually, I didn’t even open it. I went back for more Proper instead. Maybe I’ll have some tonight and let you know.
Congrats on the Blanton’s, a nice find.

I can only drink so fast and still enjoy it... if only they would let me work on that in the office, I could probably keep up.

Right place at the right time (they just got a shipment in). I hear it is hard to find so I thought I would grab double, although by the size of shipment that is hard to believe.

Has anyone had the Johnnie Walker XR 21? Thoughts? Picked it up at Costco because it seemed like a good price for a 21yo ($130).

Also, a heads up for anyone interested. One of my favorites, Lagavulin 16, is also on sale at Costco for $58 a bottle. Picked up 5 so I'll be good for the next few months!

No idea what BILIL is, but you're welcome?

Haha. Perhaps. I slowed down on the drinking a bit. Still love a glass to end the night, though.
