AB cramps are a bitch! It will cripple you. Only have had it happen twice, but it dropped me like I got hit by Mike Tyson. Abs hurt for days after too.

You're good. Mine hurt for 3-4 days before gradually going away.

I was under a car in a contorted position when it happened. Two abs on the same side.

I came out dancing around just trying to find comfort and my wife who was outside was like what's wrong?

My abs typically show year round. When I lifted my shirt the two that cramped up looked like bricks protruding from my stomach!

what kinda pre did you use? I only had 1 pre do that to me and that was like 10 years ago when No-Explode first came out. I took too much lol! I think 2 scoops or a scoop and a 1/2? all I remember was I got the jitters and my skin started to freakin' itch like mad than my stomach decided to bubble and hurt...next thing you know I was hurling like a bitch!

Sometimes my gym/locker room wreaks of pot, I'm not saying don't smoke, but I mean come on just keep your shit in your car. Smells like someone is making sales out of the locker room, an this is a family friendly gym nonetheless lol.

I keep some in my desk at work for the post lunch slump. I gave a guy in the office a 1/2 scoop of this stuff yesterday. 15 minutes later he came back to me with his eyes about to pop out of his skull and said, "You know how insulation feels on your skin? This is how the inside of my face feels." then he scurried back out of the office.

LOL! I did the same with a coworker of mine. He's never taken a pre ever nor has he ever worked out. me and a buddy of mine decided to give him a scoop of Mr Hyde. Well after 30 minutes this fool calls me up and says he's at 24 hr Emergency cause he thought he was dying cause his body was itching and he said his skin all over was tingling along with the adrenaline. The Dr said it's all the side effects from the pre he took and told him to go home and drink plenty of water. The next day he cursed us up and down the whole day lol
