I had a sore throat pop up Thursday morning. Felt fine otherwise Thurs, Fri, Sat, & Sun morning. Typically when i wake up with a sore throat, i wake up congested the next morning. Not so this time so i figured maybe being in better shape was keeping more of the cold at bay. Sunday i decide to go for an easy bike ride. Well, it's not so easy to be riding so effortlessly and keep telling yourself you need to go slower. Was trying to keep my HR under 150, but it's a snooze fest doing that. So i ended up working harder than i wanted to. Paying the price now. Within 2 hours after riding, i started feeling much worse. Now i feel all achey and tired. Boo.

But yeah, have at it if i don't pull through.

This is literally me every time I try to "take it easy". I run, instead of bike, but same thing. I just CANNOT do it. So boring.

Also, can I have half? He doesn't need it ALL.

Zicam. Guarantee you fell better. I've seen it work in under an hour. Zinc rich. I use lozenges but they have sprays. It's my winter miracle cure. My summer secret is zanfel. The ONLY treatment for poison oak, ivy, and sumac. It's real expensive(like $38 for 1.5 oz) but it unbinds the oil the makes you miserable. Wash with it and done.

I swear by Zicam as well, only thing is if I don't use it soon enough at the onsight of a cold, it only reduces the amount of time a little bit. If I catch that "feeling" and start using the spray, almost never get sick. The last time I had an actual cold besides once this year was about 3 years ago.
