Sous vide egg blobs with gruyere and uncured bacon, from Costco. They do the sous vide part -- I just heat them up.

My breakfast is always the same, protein smoothie with fruits and veggies, cottage cheese toast with butter on half and peanut butter on the other half. Everything organic. Ginger green tea with coconut oil (haven't been sick since adding coconut oil) + organic cayenne.

Oh and two large glasses of water.

Usual eggs and homemade rye toast with butter and honeycomb. And...coffee!

I usually cook the eggs in EVOO but decided to live on the edge today and use butter. Good decision!

1. Separate yolk from white.
2. Add cheese and breading. Microwave on #2 for about three minutes.
3. Microwave yolk on #1 until desired consistency.
