so after looking at the new Mercedes C400 I guess the new 340i/440i will have similar power? Around 330 hp?

330/430 get 270HP, 340/440 get 330HP. This better evenly spaces the models by about 65 HP (200 HP, 270 HP, 330 HP). The 3's and 4's are trickier with the newer model designations.. |

Hey all - is there any additional info on the f31?
I'd like to order one for ED with my wife this coming fall - but I'm semi holding out for the lci. In particular, I'd really really prefer an engine bump (my history is 545 and now 550, I like me a bit of power - not just torque, but also power). From what I think I could decipher in this thread, it looks like the f31 is planned for sop in late summer of '15. Am I readinfg that right? But no additional engine choices in the US? Could someone clarify that for me? Thanks! |

The total lack of news about the Z4 is a bit surprising given how far beyond its best-before date the current model is getting. Perhaps BMW is going to put it out of its misery?

If the BMW 7 Series G10 will be at the Frankfurter Auto Salon 2015, expect to have the Z4 revealed online at the end of 2015.

its about time BMW upped the HP on the non ///M models. Its been since 9/2006 (MY2007) that the 335 has had a 300Hp engine, and a 230Hp output for the 328i.
That's going on 9 years with the same HP for the 335!!!!!!!! far too long with the same power output considering the cars keep gaining weight, not to mention the competition keeps upping their HP figures.

The one constant is the increase in HP, so at least for the states, I'd expect the LCI F30 to make 270HP ... |

This says that production of the new F48 X1 begins July 2015. Does this mean production of the current E84 model will end before then, or might BMW continue building it for a while longer? I'm asking because I'd like to do a European Delivery of an X1 in September 2015 (my current lease ends 8/22/15). I could go for either model, depending on what's available, but I don't think the new X1's will be available that soon (I've read early 2016). But if production of the E84 ends before July, would they still be available for ED in Sept.? I hope BMW wouldn't allow a period when neither is available.

And yes, this appears to be the last year for E84. |

Do you know what the EOP date for the E84 is? I think that's the key to whether or not this would work for me. Thanks! |
