I got to confess, when he started i expect him to be another good clay player, like many spaniards before, maybe the best of all (4 Roland Garros, maybe 5 on his whole career) but his evolution has been spectacular.

The boy is only 24!

Anyone who can turn pro at the age of 14 in such a competitive sport like Tennis has some serious talents.

Rafa has certainly stepped up his game...evident in his disposal of Djokovic. He just overpowers and dominates his opponents...he only lost 1 set in the entire US open...that is ludacris!!!

It seems the the changing of the guard has now taken place in the tennis world.

Roger Federer is still my favorite though.....gotta love the Fed Express.....greatest ever!

Rafa is an amazing player. Year after year he finds a new part of his game to advance. Tennis players tend to peak in the mid to late 20's and then there is almost no career once you hit 30. He is extremely charismatic and very easy to like. Plays with a ton of passion he is definitely a proper successor for Federer.

Congrats Rafa, that was well deserved. Who else can wear a 500k Richard Mille while playing Tennis and still be likable.

That won't happen.
