Who likes to play Roulette?
I've been to AC a handfull of times and Las Vegas once, but I still haven't quite mastered my favorite game, roulette. I just read a book on the subject and plan to use the "Sledgehammer" technique. If you've ready any books on the topic you know what I'm talking about. Anyways...just thought like sharing.
Who knows, if I win big next time, I don't have to wait until the Spring for my Black/Terra 330i. What games do you guys play at the casinos? What's the most you ever won? |

I like to play Russian Roulette. That's about it
Actually, everytime I go to the casino, I lose my shirt. My parents are always saying they go to Atlantic City and win back everything it cost to go there (hotel room, etc.). But not me. The machines like to take, but never give. I figure I win more if I don't play |

My technique, choose red or black at a table that has a $2000.00 maximum and $1-5.00 minimum. Bet red or black after you get a consecutive 5 reds or 5 blacks (choose the opposite color). Then if you loose your bet, you bet the same color again but triple your bet. If you loose again, triple your last bet again with the same color. If you loose again you're probably sweating it but probability of a RED or BLACK coming up 10x is pretty slim but I have seen it. so your bets line up like this... 1 3 9 27 81 243 729 and finally 2 large. I've always won, and the highest I've had to bet using this method is $243.00 Also make sure you have someone to distract the guy spinning the ball because they use some sort of timing to get the ball to do funny things. You'll notice that the ball always seems to drop around the same place on the wheel. If you can F*@K up that timing you're golden. |

In regards to the "Sledgehammer" technique, basically you bet the outside lines. You place 4 seperate bets between: 7 & 10 (on the line) 13 & 16 19 & 22 25 & 28 By doing so, you are covering a good majority (7-30) of the board. Thus the name, Sledgehammer. The payout on this bet is 5:1. So if you bet $25 per line and hit, you win $75 ($125+$25-$75). The other technique I want to try is called the "3Q's" or the "Z" bet. This one is easier to understand, but you have to have faith in the probability of the numbers I'm going to mention below. With this bet, you wager the same amount in 3 different spots on the board. Let's use $10 as an example, so you place a $10 chip on: -corner of 10, 11, 13, 14 -corner of 17, 18, 20, 21 -corner of 25, 26, 28, 29 It's called a "Z" bet because if you look at where you put your chips, it almost looks like a "Z" pattern. Payout on this one is 8:1. Remember, gambling should always be treated as entertainment and chances of any of this stuff working is completely random. But I enjoy reading about it and trying it out and you should too. Good luck If anyone has any questions...ask away. |
