Dumb question - How do I create a poll

Okay, this is a stupid question, but how do I create a poll in a post? I searched but I'm obviously not using the correct search criteria. Any help would be appreciated.

Start a new thread and check the poll option in the additional options below the text box. After submitting your message, there's another page which lets you set further poll options.

Ah, thanks for that. I checked the checkbox and I clicked the preview button. I didn't realize I had to actually click the submit button to get the additional options..
