Venti dark roast, black. I don't like frew-frew.
People can drink whatever they want, I don't care. Just be prepared for some derogatory remarks and snickers from people like me, behind you in line. |

i don't care for most of the foo foo crap at starbucks. i'm usually just there for coffee (not pike place roast, that crap sucks), an americano, or a double shot espresso which i use for a iced drink.
starbucks offers fairly good tea though, tazo. but i would not order it there since it's just tea bags and hot water. however, i do like their iced passion tea lemonade, sweetened. starbucks in socal also has a yogurt drink available made with pinkberry yogurt. i tried the mango version and it's actually really good imho.

The way I look at it, why would I get regular coffee at Starbucks? I can make that at home.
If I'm going to Starbucks, I'm definitely getting some type of latte.

I think people should stop going to Starbucks unless Starbucks pays their workers decent wages and they should lower their prices for their products.
Now you know why Starbucks had to close down so many of their shops. A drink that cost 5 cents to make and Starbucks will charge like 3 bucks.... people who pay the stuff are dumb. BTW, I received a Starbucks gift card ... 40 bucks... I still don't know how to spend it. |

Yes, I agree it's a bit expensive but your analogy that people are dumb because they pay for their products is stupid. |

Atmosphere? Hmmmmm... I don't understand how people would buy drinks at Starbucks and walk out carrying a starbucks cup and think it's cool. It's only a drink and Starbucks makes really bad coffee. I think Starbucks is not different when compared to McDonald's in terms of atmosphere these days. Not old school McDonald's... but the current McDonald's.
