PS facial work

I am experimenting with PS to work with smoothing the skin. Now this is my first try at this and this is a sample photo taken by another person (I haven't gotten a shot of what I needed to work with) so with that said here is the before and after. It is a little rough I only took about 20-25 mins to work with it but I think i'm going to go back and work with the layers more.

Any comments are welcome as this is a learning process for myself.

I touched up the eyes and the lips for a better affect. I don't know if I like it or not.

Not a bad first attempt, but it looks a little too hazy/bloomy. Try messing around with the noise filters, and try using the blur tool (don't get carried away with it though, keep it at like 20% or something).

yeah I like the healing brush better than the clone. Thanks for the input it will help my work.
