Yep, mr. Herbert is again present this weekend....
Indeed HULK stood still for a lap on the side of the track, and once NOR overtook PIA, the VSC was in place within 10 sec or so. The VSC is a safety precaution. I wonder how they gonna explain why for the first minute or so the VSC wasn't necessairy and didn't compromise the safety on track, whereas after that minute it did....

So I then take it that you can't enjoy the sport when your favorite gets a penalty?
