Actually, if you look up the history of that - Mexico City never had a Day of the Dead parade until the 007 Spectre film. The director wanted a parade so they created one and it was so successful that they decided to make it a tradition.

FP1 goes to RUS after the hour, his Merc was fully technically examined by stewards before hand and found to be all within the rules.
Pirelli are giving teams some 2025 prototype tyres to test out in FP2.
