Whole wheat toast ala microwave with butter, because we don't own a toaster any more since neither of us eat toast.
The conditions that sent me to the hospital on Monday morning returned with a vengeance last night, and I'm hoping that the toast will stay down/in or I might be heading back to the hospital tonight.....

Marmite and Vegemite on toasts. An acquired taste for sure. If you like to drink stout, you may like it. Great in soup, gravy and stews as well. Very healthy and nutritious as long as you are not on a salt reduced diet. A great alternative to Bovril® concentrate. So many recipes on-line.
