Convect roast @375°F for 15 minutes. With mash potatoes and carrots. |

Takeout ribs from the most awesome BBQ place in our area, with cole slaw and collard greens. Ate three ribs and put the untouched sides and rest of the ribs away for breakfast/lunch tomorrow because Mounjaro for diabetes.....
