F46 rattling noise when turning engine off

Hello everyone I have an unusual rattling sound that comes when I switch off the engine, any one know what it could be. It's really loud , car drives fine no lights on dash and no performance issues. Bmw f46 216 d 2016 109 k miles Any ideas??? |
