403 no connection error
Has anyone figured out what to do with this error message, I can’t access the site through my WiFi connection only through my cellular 5g network. When on my windows pc I get a 403 forbidden access message and when I’m on my iPhone or iPad I get a no connection message with this :

This site is apparently running a filter to block hackers and bot networks, and it seems to be blocking several users' IP addresses/ranges for the past two months if it thinks that they contain a computer that is compromised with bot/malware/virus software.
If you are sure that your computer is clean, it could just be an over-aggressive filter config and someone from the site's management will be along shortly to investigate further.....

Thanks for the info, I’ve checked my computer a few times now for viruses and malware but it’s not reporting anything wrong. My iphone and iPad are not showing anything either so I guess I’ll wait to hear from admin. Thanks again

Try getting yourself on a new ip with your home wifi (for example turning it on and off for some time) and see if that does anything for you

Get the same thing. Site seems to have black listed my home IP addresses.
Only able to use Apple Bimmerpost apps via 4g . Are admins able to whitelist or is there some kind of timeout where will be able to use it again at home ? Edit Site admin sorted for me 😀 |
