Do I pre-rinse before using foam cannon?

Hey everyone. New to the group guys as I just picked up a 21 z4 m40i with 8k miles. As I detail hobbyists a lot of guys have it right here. I go 1) light rinse 2) iron remover (big Adam’s guy) let sit for a few minutes to see color chamge3)rince4) foam cannon wait to have foam pull off car5) rinse 6)foam again same thing 7) rinse 8) use a big drying towel with detail spray 9) power air dry )10 if necessary hand dry with microfiber with a few sprays of detail spray. I try to never put hands (and towels) on car. If Cara’s paint is 9/10 highly recommend using McGuires fast finish (if u can find it) or Adam’s advanced ceramic spray finish. To get hydrophobic properties on the car that will save you tons of time and you can pretty much go touch less washes
