Fries for breakfast, you better believe it. You haven't lived until you've had fries, topped with a Denver omelet scramble, and smothered in a good sausage gravy. Best breakfast gutbomb ever.
To the original question, my wife and I own a breakfast/lunch restaurant. I can't speak for the restaurant in question, but we definitely can get bulk cut homefries cheaper than our french fries by volume. That said, we don't charge extra for a fry upgrade. Pizza for breakfast, yep. It must be reheated in a covered pan on the stove. Makes for a nice crispy crust. |
