Awesome Protein Recipes
In a small blender, add 2/3 cups of oats, 1 banana, 1 egg, 1 scoop of protein (I use french toast flavored protein), 200 mil of milk.
Pour into a bowl, put into the microwave for 2 minutes - add a half cup or less of sliced almonds and a dash of cinnamon. |

I always thought this one was good and oatmeal, egg whites and protein powder can be adjusted to fit your macros. I usually put some whipped cream, sugar-free syrup and maybe a dusting of PB2 on top.
120g of egg whites 40g of dry oatmeal 1 scoop of whey protein half a cup of unsweetened apple sauce |

When I’m craving sweets: one frozen banana, 1.25 scoops of vanilla ice cream Diesel protein powder, 4 ice cubes, splash of almond milk, 1/4 tsp of powdered Xantham gum. Blend. Like soft serve ice cream! Eat it from the blender.
Sometimes I go with chocolate protein powder or cookies & cream. Can also chuck mixture in freezer to solidify more if you like harder ice cream. Very good. |

Ok - I have got these protein cakes down to a science now.
Agave nectar Monk fruit sweetener Oats Peanut Butter Pumpkin Bananas A couple scoops of protein powder Cocoa (unsweetened) A bit of milk Honey Once this is all mixed up using your food processor or blender, Pour into a cake tin Add wild blueberries (frozen is fine) to the top I dust the top with cinnamon and use honey first before adding blueberries. Add to the top 1/3 of your oven @ 350 for 30 mins - |
