E39 reset oil service using Autocom

Hello all,

I have one BMW - 5-series [E39] 3.0 Diesel - 2001 that i cannot reset oil service, after entering the Instrument cluster i have the following error in the memory:
Instrument (Instrument (Instrument cluster ) - Diagnose)
DTC Description
21 - Control unit; internal error

Then when i try to reset the oil service it gives error that cannot reset the oil service.

Also i noticed the following error in the ABS module not sure if it is related or not:

Brake (ABS/ASC/DSC - Diagnose)
DTC Description
112 - CAN: communication fault with IC (Instrument Cluster)

Can someone point me in some direction to resolve this issue?
