2008 328xi 4x4! light, no brake warning light

Forgive me if this is covered already. I tried a search and didn't find anything. I found lots of threads about the 4x4 light with brake light and other ! warning, but I don't have that. This is my dash. It stays this way at all times and the car drives perfectly fine. Thoughts?

The general BMW diagnosis goes like this…

Get a symptom, scan for codes with a reader capable of reading all BMW codes and address the problem in those codes. 99% of issues are solved in this manner. You didn’t report any DTCs, so it’s just a guess at this point.

If you recently swapped a battery or lost power for some other reason, you can try (with the car on), turning the wheel full left, then full right, to reset the steering angle sensor (SAS). Aside from that, like I said, it’s just a guess without the codes.
