It means you need a new valve cover, or probably a new PCV diaphragm.

Presumably the person who serviced your car sent you that note. Could you not just go ask them? I mean, that's what I would do if I had received a note I did not understand from my mechanic.

But yes, it seems that they're trying to tell you that your PVC valve/diaphram is bad and I believe that in your car, this means that you need to replace the valve cover.
