Nice, I might only do 1 freebie and just do the rest regular $200 on the trust as originally planned before the stupid brace thing, after it's revoked. Thought about trying freebies on my trust w/o notarized but not worth the risk/hassle. Don't feel like giving the ATF anything until my cans are approved, 264 days and counting.

I said hell with it and put in for the tax free sbr deal. I only have one gun with a brace, and have always wanted a legit stock on it as I can’t quite shoulder it perfectly with the brace. To me it’s really a win win as I can get the stock I want and they can stick their $200 for a stamp. They already have me on file anyway for my suppressors so this doesn’t change anything. I went through Silencer Shop for ease, $50 charge. I’ll get a nice buffer tube/adjustable Magpul stock on it when it clears.

I actually put in a long time ago for this to be registered as an sbr, but the paperwork got screwed up (actually was mistakenly never sent in). I guess it’s fate I’m actually being forced to now hah.

Well.. The House and Senate did vote for HB 1240 which was signed by itslee. The bill was an assault weapons bill and more. It banned all styles of semi auto firearms by characteristics. It also banned firearms with threaded barrels and some shotguns. They said it wasn't suppose to effect handguns.. but guess what, you can't buy threaded handguns. I fought this the best I could by making easy to message senators and house representatives.. but of course the liberals don't care.

Now back to your original question.. No he didn't ban all of these since majority of these have the fun switch. Only the handgun with the suppressor would have been banned. I built the Suomi and VZ61 on a Form 2.

My favorite gun right now is the sig p365. It’s amazing how compact it is and yet totally shootable.

Literally the perfect edc.
I bought one for every family member.

I also got a rattler last year but have yet to shoot it. Still need to get a can for it, but I waited over a year for that one.

I have so many glocks I forget them all.
For real though. They are just stashed all over the place.

Next up is a DD ar-15 but idk which one I want. I like the shorter barrel lengths but I’m thinking it will probably overlap with the rattler to do so.

That is correct. Personally, I got four or so in under the wire. That LWRC is one of them. I already had the can, stock, extra scope and light so all I had to do was throw them on. Waiting for some sun to sight it in. Part of the ban includes importing parts and assembling an "assault rifle."

As I understand it, we now have a higher level of ban than California does. After they came for the guns, and magazines, what was next? I hear down in California you have to have large quantities of ammo sent to an FFL and pick it up there?

They also put through a state permit to buy a firearm. You have to take a class, demonstrate you can safely operate a firearm, and pass a background check. The permit is good for five years.

Seems like they are following this play book state by state around the nation. Besides ammo restrictions what else will we see in the future?

Nice collection. Condolences on living in a state that violates your 2nd A rights. I feel for my fellow enthusiasts in those states.

MP5s are great but there's no market left for transferable select fire ones. My dealer just got 5 in from a PD and he made more money on them by destroying whatever part needed destroying and parting out the rest. He got on average $700 a stock.

I tried to convince my chief to get one but he said no, just buy another rifle for the SRO.

We'll it only took what 6 months for the IL ban to be canceled, should be quicker to reverse the WA one.

I need clarification on that. Last I checked "transferable" MP5s were selling for about $50K and up. And there was a shortage of them on the market.

Perhaps the ones you heard about were only Law Letter or NON-transferable?

Heck even semi-automatic MP5s from HK are worth a few grand as potential hosts. I am very confused by your post.

ANY amount of shipped ammo, whether it be 1 round or 1 MILLION rounds. We have to pass a background check to purchase ammo.

That I can see. If I'm a police department I'd prefer 223 caliber M16s to MP5s.

Made it to the magic number. 25 years in. I can retire anytime I want now. Still working for now but to celebrate I ordered a Staccato XC for fun. estimated to arrive in 3-4 months. Just in time for my birthday.

Nightstand gun/suppressor host is just about complete. Now just need to wait for my cans to get out of jail. Anyone else into NVG’s? It’s recently peaked my interest. Some night shooting would be fun
