Anyone heard from Kies lately?

Just curious, and i suppose this is slightly off topic-

Ordered a 6wb from them last week, and been trying to get a status update, but no response either by email or from the site chat.

They are typically on point so I wasn't sure if they are on vacation or something - didn't know if anyone had some info.

I would assume due to Bimmer Invasion Orlando last weekend they may be behind.

Probably going to catch flak for this. First, chasing a supplier after a week for a status is a bit overkill. Nevertheless, lack of response shows poor staffing and poor priorities. Time to market? Sure, let's go to Orlando or make a YouTube videos and ask for likes, comments and subscribes.
Fulfill orders in a timely fashion? Nah. Wouldn't buy from them.

Yea honestly i was leery about posting because I didn't want it to come across as judgemental (PS, they did respond to my email shortly after this thread hah!).

My question was more of a "hey they are usually good, is everything ok?".

I'm hyper sensitive to good companies losing business, and given their support of the community i just wanted to make sure they were ok since it wasn't characteristic to not hear from them.
