Infrared Sauna?

Have one? Thoughts?

We just bought one per our in-laws recommendation. Just wondering if anyone has used one consistently?

My buddy did a major basement reno? Projection TV, pool table, high end kitchen etc and they put one in the bathroom. I've been in it a few times but I know he uses it pretty regularly. There's lots of folks who say there are lots of health benefits. Enjoy.

Make enough room for your cryo-chamber too

We bought our house and it came with a sauna installed in the basement. It's an electric one where the element heats up a compartment of rocks. I'd say we use it maybe 20 to 30 times a year. More often used when I'm congested and trying to clear a cold, or having muscle soreness. I always enjoy the experience but you should make sure you are well-hydrated before use and expect to feel "drained" the rest of the day after use. That is my experience with the sauna.

I plan to use it after I workout before showering - hope it doesn't drain my energy .

Back when I had my gym membership, I used the sauna exactly like this. After every workout. It was wonderful.

Also a good way to start the day if you tied one on the night before

I love them, but don't have one in the home. Definitely considered it, but I like going to the gym several times a week so not sure I could justify the cost. To me it's best after a good workout anyway.
