So this is what I did! Your Thoughts??

1st is original and 2nd picture is after I powder coated M wheels black( originally they were 17’’ hypersilver and I got 18’ Michelin pilot sport tires and powder coated them black). I then tinted windows, but left on chrome window trim and front side panel plates. I didn’t want to totally black out because I thought it would make car look cheap or so plain now because everybody blacks out. A few weeks later I professionally wrapped window trim and side plates. 3rd and 4th pictures are final product. I think it looks great hopefully not to overdone or cheap. BTW I left door handle chrome but its really subtle. Your thoughts on how it looks and if blacking out a car makes it look cheaper…. And No I’m not going to change lugnuts black and No the wheels don’t look too small in person. Lol.

I like the looks of black wheels but never did it on a black car. I prefer the contrast. I blacked out all the trim and did black wheels on my 2019 Donington Grey and loved it. Beware. Black wheels are unforgiving. I had chips in them from kicking up rocks on the road.
Looks good though.

Nice, well done. Black enough without being overbearing.

Personally never had an issue with rock chips on black wheels. If anything, silver wheels are a pain due to the brake dust that accumulates quickly.

Looks very good.
I always felt the 5-series interiors were the most comfortable.

I keep wondering when or if the blackout fad will end. But now most companies have lots of back wheel options from the factory, so I guess it won't be ending any time soon. To me, it makes a car look drab and depressing.

I assume they are your winter wheels? What are you running for your summer setup?

Buy Blackout fad you mean murdered out, then yeah I agree. Kinda drab and comical with peoples tinted tails.

But something so slight like black wheels by OP and the door trim, not so much. I mean he didn't even swap out his grills, so its not super blackout imo.
