R.I.P. Dusty Hill (ZZ Top)
The bass player legend dies in the age of 72 last night. ZZ Top had accompanied me during my youth and later on many seen live acts.

I've been a fan since I was in high school in the mid 70's. I remember sitting in the Tasty Freeze and Tush being played on the juke box. Always enjoyed them and got to see them live a few times. It seems we are all getting older. RIP

Sad to see this. One of my father's favorite bands. We listened to them often when I was younger. I heard TV Dinners playing over the PA, in some store I was in sometime in the past week, and a flood of memories, of my youth, hit me.
Thanks for the memories. Rest easy legend! |
