Mercedes had to fill their fuel tank completely . To get more weight (max weight) in the rear of the car !
By doing this the balance issue in the rear was *temporarily fixed ...Only like this they could push the car !
Hopefully they can fix it ASAP ...Because I want to see a fair fight of HAM vs MAX .

Honestly I didn't (never) expected to see Merc struggling like this !

Why would you want to see a fair fight between Max and Lewis? Lewis would demolish Max. Only way Max will beat Lewis is if the RB car is significantly faster.

LOL. For your sake I really hope they become Team mates. If they do, what do you consider demolishing a team mate in terms of scored points over? I think double will unequivocally and clearly mean demolished. Have to set in writing because we have people use the term demolish between Lewis and Fernando in 2007 even though they scored the same amount of points.

If they actually become team mates and Lewis doubles Verstappen points, I'll give you $500. If he does not, you give me $250. Based on your assessment, that is a no brainer bet you will take. But you know what, I don't think you will.

There is no disputing that Hamiltons rookie year in F1 was by far the most impressive in the modern history of F1.
Alonso, having just taken 2 DWCs against the dominant Ferrari of Michael Schumacher, was the hot ticket for 2007 at McLaren. Yet it was Hamilton, in a car he had completed few laps, at tracks he hadn't driven at, who went on to be on the podium for the first nine races...leading the championship until the last race where a gearbox fault cost him the race and the championship.

Does that count as demolish? of course not...yet it was a display of ability unseen since the days of Senna.
And Alonso's reputation was certainly never the same after that season.

If Hamilton and Verstappen competed in the same car/team...few unbiased informed observers would put their money on Verstappen....Toto certainly wouldn't.

With Checo on MAX's side . MAX will be very hard to beat in the race .
The RB16B is vastly improved in top speed and it looks like it's planted on the track .
As you know things changed 360° already last year in Abu Dhabi .
From the tests data in Bahrein ,the HONDA PU will improve even more ...
The situation is looking outstanding for HONDA and Red Bull !

Last Friday MAX ran *139 laps in the sand storm . Zero (0) issues !!!

I did not say nor meant to say the term demolished was used here, some fanbois elsewhere used them. Just to be clear, I consider Hamilton an elite driver as well. What I will disagree and am willing to bet on is he will not demolish Verstappen, term used by rcracin, the same he way he will not demolish Alonso, if they are on the same team.
