2003 BMW M5 Hellrot 1 of 4

Picked her up last Friday from an M5Board member and drove her 21 hours back home!! It's my first ///M car and I plan on keeping her forever! Only 4 of these BMW Individuals were made in this color. Super excited to get her as close as I can to showroom condition. Just washed her up yesterday and will try to wax her today.

Congratulations! That's truly a unique E39 and since you are planning on keeping it forever, I hope it brings you joy for eternity. You must have sold your soul to get that Hell Red car, and I don't blame you. I have never even seen that color before. Thank you for sharing the photos. Very cool.

I bought it with 73k miles. I've read on some other forums for M3's where this is a standard color to choose from, that some like the Imola Red better than Hellrot since there is an orange tint in certain shades of sunlight. I honestly am a big fan of this as it changes the cars appearance from time to time.

Thank you!!! I've never thought of it that way but I must have sold my soul for this as I'm attached to this car. So far my plans to bring this beast back to showroom condition has been kicking me in the butt!! But every ounce of work I've put into this is going to be worth it in the end!

Thanks so much!! It's been a blast to own so far. I'll be putting on a ClearBra pretty soon after the fresh paint on the front bumper has cured. I'm getting a little closer to having this car mint!

Thank you! Yes I'm seeing these prices creep up a bit which is why I wanted to get into one as soon as I could afford it. Certain cars like these deserve special treatment (even though it is the oldest car I own)
