Online DSLR courses

I'm looking for an online course for DSLR at an intermediate level. I've used SLR film cameras for years and taken basic photography courses. But, I'm looking to get more proficient with my Sony A6300 DSLR. Right now, I'm really only using the auto mode and the results are great so I'm been really lazy. I want a course that will give me the basics to get the most our the camera.

Any ideas?

I find that YouTube is a wealth of information no matter your level of knowledge.

Thanks. Yes, I have. I have actually learned some things there. But, to get more serious into the wealth of features I would learn better with a structured course.

I use Youtube a lot for home improvement projects. But when it gets more technical and complicated, my mind does better with the structure of a course.

First read about basic photography and learn about aperature, shutter speed, iso, and depth of field. Then you can learn how to use the dSLR and it's different modes. Theonly thing that has changed is now there is a computer built into the camera. But a shitty picture is never the fault of the camera. It's the idiot holding the camera who takes the bad picture.

So, start off relearning the basics, and then get into controlling the AV/WB/etc...

DocL, no truer words were ever spoken. Last week, I was shooting a small project for a restaurant and the owner said to a visitor, "I could take some good pictures if I had a camera like that one". I didn't say a word but wanted to respond that it's not the camera, it's the person holding it.

This is why I want to learn more. I took a photography course back in the film days and had a SLR. I got the basic on depth of field, composition, ISO, shutter speed, aperture settings, etc. I want to relearn all that and also have a course on my specific camera, the Sony A6300.

I've found two online courses that will get me started.
