HELP! Forum notifications by email?

Sorry all... I am new.

Can someone please guide me on how to setup notifications, so if there's any message in my inbox on a discussion I am following, I receive an email?

Mine disappeared a few days ago. Might be something wrong with the system right now.

Look inside your machine, probably a ghost.

Should be under your user profile edit options.

I haven’t been receiving any for awhile now. Something must be wrong.

Same I haven't been receiving any but the Bimmerpost app works perfectly. Push notification straight to my phone when there is a reply to my thread or reply to my post.
