This was pure revenge for whatever reason.

We've seen a few back markers taking out the race leader in the past (most notably Salazar against Piquet). But that was always stupid shit, it can happen.

What Ocon did was intentional though. Ban the dumbass.

While Verstappen agreed, before adding “but you can’t crash”, Hamilton also said: “You had more to lose than he did. He had nothing to lose.”

On the other hand , Thank God for the Renault C-spec engine with more power .What if MAX could have had this engine from the beginning of the season ?

Not everyone is going to roll out the red carpet for you. This is where Verstappen needs to exercise a little more patience and wisdom. He had a 5+ second gap to HAM plus stronger race pace. Why didn't he exercise caution and pass Ocon on the straight after the S curves?

Why ?
That's actually pretty simple . The leader in the race gets and expects always the necessary room to pass , at least in a normal situation .
The whole world saw that Ocon did the opposite !

Maybe Max got his bullying traits from his dad. From Wikipedia about Jos Verstappen:

Agreed. It's as simple as another rule: "Do not move in the braking zone."

After seeing more video, Max already passed Ocon in the middle of the start/finish straight (at this point the blue flag rule no longer stands). Ocon believed that he had the pace to push to and unlap himself. Ocon gained on Max and got within half a car's length. Going into the S curves Ocon was within half a car's length. Max then proceeded to squeeze him out. Unfortunately, Max had more to lose than Ocon. This is where Hamilton's comments have merit.

And sInce we're talking about Jos, let's remember the 2001 Brazilian GP when, as a backmarker, he was being lapped in his Arrows by race leader JP Montoya in the Williams-BMW only to have Jos pull in behind and then run into JP...taking both cars out of the race.
