Rutherford stated he was sacrificing the future for what are the Penguins best chances to win right now...so this is nothing unknown in Pittsburgh. Dark days will be coming.

Hockey thread going on in August. Will you guys be here next month when the season (exhibition) kicks off? I know ShopVac will be here.....he has all those cups and rings. Looking forward to the season and wrangling with you all. Oh, is this the year I can finally find glory?

I'll be here. Patiently waiting for the Flyers lineup to be announced after training camp. Cant wait to hear what prospect is sitting or sent down to the AHL so "established veterans" Amac and Gudas can play.

Oh I will definitely be present. Counting down the days until I see J.T lining up out there for us. Probably won't be in the preseason tho, so Oct 3rd is the magic date on the calendar.
