Arrow Slueths of E90P please come in

Long story short, I took an ex to court a while back & she owes me money she never paid.

Part of the stipulations from the court are I have to mail her some paperwork. Obviously, I don't know where she lives at this point. I do believe I know what town she lives in, though. I know her now married name, social security number, her father's name, her phone number, where she works (Just the company), etc.

So if anyone here can help me get this idiot's address I would greatly appreciate it. Please PM me.

If you know where she works, why not mail it there with her name on it, say with a signature required? The company can just call her down to get it.

She works for Amazon, but I have no idea which location...
Even says in my post I just know what company she works for, not what office.

Pay a PI to do it, then if they can't find her, you can use their (lack of) results to petition the court for a new plan. Should be a fairly simple one for a PI to look up, if you have all that info on her. Would not do the 'mailroom' thing - somebody will sign, but probably not her; then she gets it, is tipped off, and you need to hire a process server.

Facebook. Find an acquaintance who knows where she lives.

This may sound crazy but you could just try it with the info you do know. I used to ship tshirts for a company and occasionally we would get orders with very vague addresses. But we would write "John smith, Provincetown MA, Walmart" and a few days later John smith says thanks for the shirt. A few did get kicked back but I was always amazed at USPS's ability to find people when literally all we had was a name and town.

Looked up her husband and found an address for him & all info fits so I have to assume it's him, but Google street view shows a different house than what she posted on her Facebook. Could be that Google is not accurate with each house #, though.

Google the address for old pics from previous sales posts from realtors or check if local property assessment website shows pics.
If you need more help, PM me later tonite to remind me.

Checked the assessor's site & looks like it is owned by her husband & a family member. He's gonna have a great day when he finds out exactly who he married!

Got a letter from her bankruptcy attorney. She filed Chapter 7 back in 2010. According to the attorney, my judgment against her was NOT included in said Chapter 7, but still falls under it & I can re-open her bankruptcy if I want.

I don't know how any of this works, but if she did not include her debt to me then how can it still be covered? I would think she still owes me.

Any attorneys here? I guess I'll find a local one & call them next week to see.

What year did you get your judgment against her and how much $ is it?

Dumb Question:

Why can't the court give you the address since they are the people telling you to mail her?

Not their duty nor would they know it. Doesn't matter, she filed Chapter 7 in 2010 & I can't get my $. Oh well, life goes on
