Just report him for the illegal weapons, they might arrest him, giving you opportunity to establish squatter’s rights.

Nothing illegal about this firearm. Perfectly legal and registered.

Yeah man it's bananas out here. The "zestimate" for our home is over $1.3M. It's not always accurate but looking at the trends, our home is in the top 4% of most viewed by area.

Thank you brotha. I? was able to purchase before the libtards started the great gun grab. The new law is that you can't have a pistol grip, but get this, you can remove the bullet button. So now the new AR's being sold have a modified stock and no bullet button. Imagine what moron thought it would be wiser to take away a pointless grip and allow the only device that makes the AR harder to reload to be taken off.

Yeah pretty unfortunate, went to Turners the other day because I been wanting to pick up a LWRC AR, but every one they had on display had the California compliant grip/stock. Decided I will just build one instead

Yeah those are very nice. If I? had the funds one would be in my collection for sure. I? got a Sig 516 and I'm very pleased with it. Have fired probably 2,000 rounds through it and not one ftf, fte, ftf, nothin. The P220 is the same. Just unbelievably accurate and reliable.

Sig definitely makes some great AR's aswell, have a Sig M400 elite and was looking at the MCX virtus but is very expensive so thought about getting something a little different. Yours looks very nice though, a very nice example

I am on a 60X130ft lot, 3200sq ft house, 15Km from downtown Toronto, good neighbourhood but not a prestige one (money is pouring in though), house is 13 years old and it's worth about $1.6M.

It's a sorta busy street though, by sorta I mean something of a through road but not 'busy busy" so to speak.

Our budget is up to $1.350. We want to get out of LA. Been here all our lives and now with the babies we have to start thinking for the future, and we can't afford anything here.

Thinking Westlake Village, Agoura, etc.. thoughts?
