You have to put things into perspective as a Cowboys fan. Before the season started analysts were saying they would have one of the worst defenses in the league. Then Romo went down and they were saying they would win 3 maybe 4 games.

Can't blame Kubiak for the QB situation. Semen can make it as a good backup but he's clearly not starting material right now.

Dallas would play the lowest ranked seed possible (so let's say GB beats Atlanta - then they'd go to Dallas) while the winner of det/NY goes to Seattle.

But let's say Atlanta wins, and NY beats DET/ ny would go to Dallas, and Atlanta would go to Seattle.

Pretty much, crappiest seed still in after WC weekend goes to Dallas. The other to Seattle

Seattle could still host (if it ended today) the NFC championship game if Dallas loses the divisional round game.

Also if both Seattle/Dallas lose the divisional game- then the highest ranked seed would host the NFC championship game with the only exception being GB.

That was a cheap shot on a sliding QB. Once the slide starts, you can't hit him, especially in helmet to helmet.

I don't like the slide rule, but if you are going to put the QB in a dress, you have to let him wear it. When you have that in your mind that sliding = no hits, you aren't prepared to receive that contact when it does come.
