So with FA about to kick off 12:01 AM tonight, I'd figure it's just about time to start this thread. As a dirty Knicks fan I think we'll sign Noah to be our center and maybe bring back Jamal Crawford off the bench. They will be improved, maybe a low seed in the East but I can't see them making noise. Around the league I'm looking forward to:

How GS rebounds - will they sign Durant?
Speaking of Durant - does he sign a 1 year deal and stay in OKC?
Spurs - will the old three come back?
Heat - will they be able to keep Wade and Whiteside? Will Bosh retire?
Cavs - Can Lebron lure Wade to come to Cleveland?
Philly - Can they finally make the playoffs with all the top picks they've had over the past few years?
Bulls - rebuilding mode.
Nets - no draft picks until the next President is out of office

Nba starting to look like the politions we have in office.. Money money money. I can name a few who are worth the money, but Noah, Howard, deladova looking for some stupid ass money.. They all worth 1 million combined

Howard is a double double a night guy also a good defender. He's not amazing but he warrants to be paid up there. Noah is a great defender and passer again pay the man. Delly though, he can go play in traffic.

problem with Howard is what's going on in his head...

Delly may not be worth it on the offensive side, but I want him on my team. You always need a scrappy guy who'll also get in the other guy's head and troll them. I'm surprised Cleveland didn't use him much to troll Mr. Flex to get him a technical. I assure you, in a game 7, when there's a loose ball on the court, there's only 1 guy I want diving on the floor and at someone's knees, it's Delly.

All 3 are past their prime.

Thoughts on the Heat reportedly offering only $10M annually for Wade? They lost Deng to the Lakers and with Bosh's uncertainly, the Heat could be left standing at the alter. IMHO, I wouldn't offer him max/$20M annually, maybe if he was 4 years younger but he played his tail off last season because it was his contract year, just like every professional athlete does.

I'm in the minority but I think that's slightly low for Wade and I think most people think it's criminally low. I'd like to see him depart but I think MIA isn't scared by a thread of him leaving either. Wade to MIL or CLE?

Not sure how much cap space the Cavs have, unless Miami does a sign and trade with Wade to the Cavs and they get back Love. However, Riley would never do this, helping the Cavs get back into the Finals, though how the Cavs are built at this moment, they are still clearly the favorites to reach the finals.

Just heard this morning that Howard is going to Atlanta, not Earth shattering as he presence in the East is

Speaking of Wade, Miami counter offered with 2/$40M. Wade is still using Denver and Milwaukee but he knows those teams aren't going anywhere. In the end, he'll resign with Miami but they lost Deng and that other guard (can't remember his name) to Brooklyn. And who knows about Bosh but outside of Cleveland and Toronto the East is weak so Miami will be in the top 5 at least even with Bosh retiring (if he does).

Now with KD joining GS, everyone is handing them the trophy already. Not so fast, that's why we play the games. Everyone, including myself, wrote off Cleveland and they pulled off the impossible. They still have to go through the Spurs who are well balanced organization who just got Paul Gasol. That would be a great series to watch.

Didn't Wade take less money for Lebron in Miami? Lebron is a free agent now, he can always take less money for Wade if he wants.

Miami is being retarded right now for not giving Wade exactly what he wants... He carried us thru the playoffs and scrubs are making more than him... its almost a bit offensive.
