Tila Tequila Responds To GoFundMe Controversy, Says People Should Give Her Money Because She Asked For It

Nazi sympathiser and disgraced CBB star Tila Tequila was forced to turn to crowd sourcing to pay her rent.

Reality star Tila, who reportedly picked up a $175,000 fee despite being booted off last summer's CBB , took to gofundme after discovering she didn't have enough cash to meet her rent or buy any furniture for her new place.

Loyal fans stepped up to plate, donated $3,000 so the star and her daughter Izzy weren't left homeless or without furniture.

Tila wrote on her page: "The reason why I am creating this GoFundMe campaign is because they have raised the rent at my old home to $4,500 a month, and being a single mother without any support from the father, it can sometimes be very tough taking care of 2 people with only a 1 person income.

CBB fans may remember the ex porn star from 2015's CBB -

"So right now I need to raise some money so that I can move into my new home and get it furnished for my daughter and I. The last apt I was at came fully furnished and that’s why it was so expensive, but I’d rather save money for my daughter than keep wasting money each month like that. So I basically need to buy all the furniture and beddings from scratch to start over if we are to move. It is going to cost a lot to start off, and that is why I am asking you all for your help!"

Tila promised to give "give everyone who donated to our cause a personal phone call… as soon as I return from filming in Las Vegas" after surpassing her target.

Back in the summer, Tila wasn't doing so well after Big Brother bosses discovered her Nazi sympathising background.

Tequila, born Thien Thanh Thi Nguyen, then continued to spark controversy with further anti-semitic rants and claimed to be Adolf Hitler reincarnated.

The controversial American star, known for her reality series A Shot at Love , also called Hitler “a brilliant artist” who was “ahead of his time” and then said she has “the same hopes and dreams as Hitler”.
