People here do not know how to drive lol.. Maybe a few out of 100 know how to drive. Pretty much no one else looks while driving or sees you coming and pulls out right in front of you.

I dunno, i would have to say the greater offender is the street racing/reckless M3 driver. Had he been driving a little more sane for the area he easily could have reacted to the slow illegal turning taxi and avoided the mess.

The guy basically was such a bad driver that he "froze" and didn't know what to do in his moment of panic. He went into passive brain mode and just ended up aiming directly into the taxi. If he was a "good" driver driving at excessive speeds... he would have enough sense to keep asking himself "How are these people/cars/animals/objects going to fuck up my day and how can I plan my route 'if' they do something"? If you can't do that quickly in your mind... you shouldn't be driving at reckless speeds.

In Taiwan people cross streets like cats. They see you coming and pull out in front of you then they pretty much stop right in front of you lol.
