which angel eye Brand should I buy for my e39

I have a 02 530i and recently bought some angel eyes of ebay (first mistake) and realized that durring the day they are not that bright at all. My whole goal is to brighten my angel eyes so they can be seen during the day while driving. My two options that i found were

1. m tech
2. weissLicht

i want them to match my hid headlights as well.. Any suggestions thanx

Hey pro BMW, I own a 2001 E39. I was fixing my headlight adjuster the other day and I cracked one of the the original halo rings that came in the headlights. If you but the CLF or LED rings I will buy the original rings from you. I really need them because its very rare to find just the rings for the e39 thanks. I can pay $15 per ring.
