What songs pump you up... Gym Motivation
What songs just get you going? Songs that you'd listen to at the gym when youre tired and run down, once you hear em' you get new life pushed into you and you forget about being tired? Playlist? Here are my 3...

I know this sounds silly, but when I workout I usually listen to more inspirational music, not hard stuff. Occasionally I'll throw on some Linkin Park or another favorite is the Queen of the Damned soundtrack, but for some reason I'm really digging Josh Groban these days. Don't ask why.

Well unless you are taking alot of time in between sets, to actually pay attention to the inspirational lyrics... you can't really keep it going...
It's about your heart rate staying up, fast paced... Try running listening to Citizen Cope "Let the drummer kick" I love the song but damn it's NOT made for the gym |

'It's Raining Men' might do it for you
