Anyone here shop on GILT?

My friend showed me this site a few months back and it's legit. I've bought a couple things. Puma clothes, D & G watch and some other jewelry for my gf. The deals are definitely there and if they for some reason don't end up getting enough of the items as they planned they'll credit your account $25. The customer service people are all friendly and so far I have no complaints. Enjoy.

Yeah, been shopping there for a while now. Just bought some stuff minutes ago actually. It's the reason why I'm online at 9AM at times. There are some brands you really gotta be on top of your game because if you blink, chances are it will be gone.

However, it should be noted that some brands do make stuff just for Gilt...meaning that while the style and tag look identical, the quality is of lower standard to reflect the price.

There was an article on NY Times about this maybe a year or so ago and it got a lot of people outraged.

It didn't, but a lot of members on Styleforum were mad because of this and now some boycotted the site.

It's usually the bigger companies that have the man-power. The smaller company wouldn't find it feasible to do so.

Gilt has been solid for me so I'm happy with it.

Gilt is just one of the few sites that you can find deals and steals on with high end fashion though. You just gotta be on the prowl.
