Wiper Instantaneously Failure

I have a 2002 530i e39 and its been a few months when it rains all of a sudden the wiper would stop working. However recently I’ve come to find out that if I slam hard on the gas a couple times the wiper would start working again. Also one time it work after turning off the fog lamps.

I have also recently changed the battery and alternator.

If anyone had the same issues in the past and found a solution, please help.
