Hey everyone, so I recently purchased a 2020 750i M sport package. I set up BMW ID and was able to log in and add the vehicle to my garage. Everything was showing correct and even the eSIM feature was showing the phone number associated with the vehicle. I took the car to the dealer to used car inspection, oil change, etc. and they connected their ISTA program to see if there were any codes that needed to be addressed. Thankfully there are none. The issue I am having now is, the eSIM feature is showing “incompatible” in thr myBMW application, no number is there and even the car model has changed from 750i to 750Li. Also some feature that were in the iDribe such as the “Experience Drive Modes” that open and close the shades, play music, control the climate, are no longer there. I also have a software upgrade in the myBMW app via the Remote Software Upgrade that has uploaded which is not allowing it to complete. Has anyone gone through this. Any suggestions?
